Patatine Classiche by Amica Chips are Italian potato chips. They are made from potatoes that are peeled, sliced, washed, dried, fried in sunflower seed oil, salted, and drained. They come in a polypropylene film bag.

Organoleptic / Sensory characteristics

Appearance: Thin potato slices, flat or curled, with a varied diameter depending on the raw material, nearly uniform surface, slightly rough. Color: Golden yellow with various shades, homogeneous, bright. No overly spotted or green parts. Smell: Delicate, typical of fried product, fragrant, more or less intense, pleasant; without notes of rancidity. Taste: Upon tasting, light oily notes are initially perceived, combined with central starchy notes that harmonize with the salty notes in a balanced way. Homogeneous salting. Consistency: Individual units are crunchy and, at the same time, friable when chewed; not too greasy to the touch or in the mouth.

Format: Bag. Packaging: Polypropylene film. Unmodified atmosphere; the packaging contains enough air to take on the typical pillow shape.

Lot identification

Consists of "L" for lot followed by the packaging machine number, the day number of the year starting with "M" followed by the machine number and the production time (located on the back of the package).

Transport conditions

Transport is carried out in a way that does not compromise the integrity of the packaging, in a dry transport vehicle at room temperature. The transport vehicle is clean and free of foreign materials that could, even accidentally, damage the packaging or the product in any way.

At the time of delivery, the product must have at least 2/3 months of residual shelf life.
